Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza, an outstanding actress who has created a lasting impression on the television. The parents of De La Garza were the Irish-Americans and Mexicans. She was born in Ohio's Columbus on the 26th of December, 1976. In no time she made the move to Texas where she pursued a physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Florida in Orlando and took part in various acting roles. This included independent local films and international commercials. Although she only had a few role, De La Garza rapidly discovered her love of acting. In 2001, she emigrated in New York where her first part was in All My Kids' daytime soap as Rosa Santos. In the beginning of 2000, she had small parts in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. The year 2004 saw her landing her first role in a major series on the short-lived show The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano as well as some of the greatest TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Plegge. Her most memorable role was in 2006's Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was featured in 85 episodes. The character from her Law & Order: LA spinoff was short lived. Her character was a hit and earned De La Garza numerous nominations, including Best Supporting Actress - Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards and even a few ALMA Award noms. The National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded De La Garza the Impact Award, which is an award for the best performances in the drama TV series. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast for CSI Miami in a recurring role. She starred as Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. as the character Dr. Lena Solis, she was last seen on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. It was put on hold after two seasons. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is Italian and is the younger sibling of Cory. The family she was raised in was strict and religious parents. Milano started her acting career at seven when her babysitter accompanied her to an acting audition. The audition she took part in was one of over 1000 applicants. Milano was chosen to be one of the four girls. Milano made appearances in adverts in both Broadway and on TV, including the American musical version that portrayed Jane Eyre.
